Called All Star Garage Doors for an emergency repair over the Holidays after a spring broke on our main insulated garage door (heavy!). Jason returned my call immediately and arranged to have Cole come right out for the repair. Cole is the best in the business. He checked the entire system, replaced a broken cable, replaced the broken spring with upgraded springs so that the opener wouldn't have to work as hard, and went back and adjusted the springs multiple times after seeing that, to him, "it wasn't quite right". To the average homeowner (me), it seemed to work fine, but to Cole, something was off. That's the kind of detail that put Cole & Jason over the top. I have been using All Star now for 6+ years, and have absolutely no reason to call anyone else. Thanks again Jason and Cole for taking time out of your Holiday season to help!

Cole came out to my home in Holladay to fix my broken garage door and did a great job! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He identified any existing or potential issues and resolved them, even fixed the keypad that hasn't worked for years. I was very impressed with him, I would recommend him to anyone needing it done right.

I had a significant need this morning when the garage door broke and my cars were trapped in the garage. I called All Star Garage Doors and they got right back to me and arranged to have a person come this morning that fixed the door and saved my morning. Their response to my need was awesome and I highly recommend them to any and all in need of their services.

I have been dealing with a bum garage door for 2 years and then they sent out Cole to fix it. It is like a brand new garage door! He took apart everything that the original installers had done sub-par and re-installed everything so that it was straight. The door now not only opens like it is supposed to, it is almost completely silent! I cannot thank Cole enough for his amazing work! (I seriously almost cried it was so beautiful.) I now have faith that when I push the button, the garage will actually open! Plus the price cannot be beat! He worked on every part of my garage door and it only cost $70! Amazing!!!

I had 2 Liftmaster chain driven garage door openers and wanted to upgrade to belt driven driven units. I met with Jason and he took the time to explain the available options. I made the decision based on the literature and information discussed. He was able to schedule the installation for the next day. Jeff installed both units, removed and took the old units, programed the new units to function with our 3 vehicles. The entire process was done very professionally and I'm very pleased with the functions and performance. Excellent Experience, I Highly Recommend.
